Hope you all had a fab weekend. My weekend consisted of watching an opera on t.v., venturing out to Venice Beach and studying for yet another midterm. Unfortunately, the weekend is over and I am now having to face the harsh reality of school.
I was recently asked by Loverly, an online wedding dress boutique to take part in their wedding challenge. At first glimpse, I was pretty overwhelmed with the selections of wedding dresses that they had to offer and although I'm not getting married anytime soon, I couldn't help but be in awe of the dresses particularly the selection of dresses from Monique lhuillier. I already know that whenever I get married, I will DEFINITELY be choosing a dress from this designer. It was very difficult for me to narrow down my selection to just one wedding dress but... here goes!
Whenever I envision my ideal wedding dress, I always have this image of a fitting dress with a long intricate veil and long sleeves. I've always been into traditional vintage dresses and this dress come close to what I would imagine myself wearing. It's extremely beautiful and I could imagine myself wearing this with a nude or red lip and natural makeup.
Loverly gave me a few options of where I would where this dress and of course I had to choose Paris! This is the PERFECT Parisian style dress. A reception with this dress would have to have a tower of French Macaroons!
And even if you aren't getting married soon
has dresses that is suitable for a formal cocktail dinner, or if you're looking for shoes for that wedding that you will be going to soon.
